Dorada - often called sea bream , abundant lives in warm seas , including the Mediterranean . It is easily caught, different tasty and tender meat and a small amount of bone . The taste is similar to the taste of bream sea bass . Therefore, in all these fish recipes are interchangeable . Cooking can be absolutely any way , or even eaten raw , with any side dishes and almost any sauce.
These fish from the forehead to the eyes stretches gold stripe flanked by dark tone . In front of the lateral line also is a dark spot on the gill cover setting . The length is 70 cm, but not more than 35 cm.
Ideal for roasting and grilling . The flesh is juicy , but dense and very sweet, has a slightly pink color and turns white after cooking . Especially good bream when it is soaked before cooking in wine, as well as stuffed and baked form.
