There is no doubt, one of the most popular and delicious fish of the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean is pink bream. Usually this type has a length of 15 to 30 centimeters, but it can sometimes be more than half a meter. They have a rounded,high and laterally compressed body.Their backs arched and bears has the thorns outgrowths , the belly is round.
As usual they are inhabitants on the twenty meter of the silty or sandy bottom. They used to feed by algae and sea grass. Some of them are predatory, so they are prefer mollusks and crustaceans.
The pink bream has dense meat, that melts in your mouth.
