This kind of oysters are inhabitants of the cold water in the Atlantic ocean. It is “fine” family oysters, that grow up with the population density approx. 10 pcs.,/1sq.m on the shallow water, that allows to get enough sunshine. They feed up by the microscopic seaweed, that give this oysters green color of the shell.
The flavor and taste Atlantic’s oysters rather primitive, seems to be wild and not sanitized but the sizes of it are really huge. Thus, it is make them one of the most popular kind for being baked, grilled, stewed etc., depends on chefs experience and imagination.
