From French this sea delicacy named “Homard” , but the Americans called this “Lobster”. Any way both name are alright for one of the most popular crustaches.
There two kind of lobster: European( Breton or Blue), and American (Canadian or North Atlantic). American as usual have bigger sizes than European. But the best have ones with the average size from 750 gr to 1 kg.
