Dishes with the cuttlefish it is not something exotic for Ukrainian seafood lovers . The meat of this sea creature quite delicate and slightly sweet taste. There are big amount of proteins , trace elements and vitamins that have a high biological activity.
Cuttlefish delicious meat with a delicate nutty aroma valued at all times. Especially great demand among gourmets are small (20 g ) cuttlefish , used to prepare salads, appetizers , pizza and kebabs . For the main dishes ( including soup ) used clams weighing from 300 to 600 , the larger specimens are rarely used because their meat is rather harsh.
