There are a lot of names for this product, from Giant Fresh Water Prawn, Malaysian Giant Prawn, or Fresh Water Scampi but newertheles it is Queen of the crustaches. The body is diveded into two large parts such as cephalothorax and abdomen. the meat is reach with protein, selenium and iodine. The taste is sweety and more or less close to crab meat, and vaguely reminiscent to the imperator-fish.
