Cutting the lobster

One of the most common questions before cooking lobster is humanity in the process. A common method is to lower the lobster in boiling water, as is usually done with crayfish, before acquiring them red. This method is prohibited in a number of certain countries.
  An alternative to this there is the following method, which is considered more humane. It put the lobster in the freezer for 30-40 minutes or placed in a container and sprinkle with ice for 2 hours, in consequence of which will come suspended animation. Making sure that the lobster does not move to press the tip of a sharp knife through the center of the head, it will lead to instant death.
